Refund policy

At Mr & Mrs, we want you to love what you ordered.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in original condition
• Have all tags attached
• Be returned in the original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

This includes all earrings such as:

• Stud earrings
• Hoop earrings
• Drop earrings
• Fashion earrings

Once earrings have been purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
